LONGVIEW, Texas – High-stakes commercial litigation and intellectual property law firm Ward, Smith & Hill, PLLC, announces the addition of attorney Andrea L. Fair, whose experience will bolster the firm’s patent infringement and business litigation work.

Ms. Fair comes to the East Texas firm with five years of experience practicing complex commercial litigation in Houston, focusing on patent infringement, construction disputes, and insurance coverage and defense work. She is proficient in all steps of litigation, including taking and defending depositions, handling pre- and post-trial hearings, trying cases to jury verdict and final arbitration.
